Top International Representation in ‘Colombia Oro y Paz’ — Cycling Event In Departments Hit by Violence
The Colombian Cycling Federation confirmed that Colombia Oro y Paz, a Category 2.1 racing event will roll through the roads of Quindío. The information was made public on Friday after the maximum director of the sport of cycling in the country confirmed the registration of the contest before the International Cycling Union, UCI, for next season.
According to the federation, this race “has been called Colombia Oro y Paz 2.1 and will run the departments of Cauca, Valle del Cauca, Risaralda, Quindío and Caldas to show the world not only the quality of the best cyclists, but also the beautiful landscapes of the National Geography”.
